sdk: refresh qualified trade dependency

- record the conformance-qualified radroots_trade dependency graph
- remove the retired transitive thiserror edge from the lockfile
- preserve all SDK source and public feature surfaces unchanged
- retain the exact 0.1.0-alpha package family versions
