transport: guard preview capability copy

- Add the exact Reticulum unavailable message witness to capabilities tests.
- Extend daemon source-boundary coverage for the removed proxy transport literal.
- Guard protocol capability fields and message copy.
- Validate with daemon fmt, check, and focused transport tests.
