docs: document discovery contract

- document the repo-root commands for rendering and publishing discovery metadata
- define the boundary that myc renders NIP-05 artifacts but does not serve HTTPS itself
- record the external serving requirements for nostr.json including the no-redirect expectation
- keep the documented discovery surface aligned with the implemented CLI and publication flow
