deps: repin corrected lib history

- Pin every Lib dependency to the corrected immutable revision.
- Preserve the exact 0.1.0-alpha dependency cohort.
- Refresh lock and release-graph revision evidence together.
- Verify formatting, workspace tests, Clippy, and architecture.
