test: complete repository version fixture

- Declare the empty package inventory required by the architecture parser.
- Keep the repository-version override fixture structurally closed.
- Exercise the authoritative 0.1.0-alpha library cohort path.
- Preserve the independent 0.1.0 SDK repository version in the fixture.
