blossom: normalize Blossom type names and module ownership

- Migrate the WASM codec consumer to the normalized Blossom root types
- Preserve authored media verification and structured error behavior
- Remove every downstream use of crate-name-prefixed Blossom symbols
- Verify SDK workspace check, tests, architecture, and strict lint gates
