workflow: serialize trade workflow state

- derive serde for the shared trade workflow state behind the serde feature
- keep RHI persisted order state on the shared workflow enum
- avoid a duplicate worker-local status DTO for MVP trade finality
- validate with cargo test -p radroots_trade --all-features workflow
