tests: guard generic transport dispatch

- reject digest-only and adapter-owned SDK outbox dispatch regressions
- require Nostr product push to route through RadrootsNostrTransport
- require the SDK push helper to stay generic over RadrootsTransport
- keep source-boundary coverage focused on final Transport V1 refactor risks
