event-codec: reconcile publication checkpoint ancestry

- retain reviewed checkpoints f600dbf5 and 2cf1ed57 as release ancestors
- preserve the acdd3716 integrated tree without reapplying stale generated identities
- document the isolated and integrated histories through an explicit reconciliation parent
- keep registry-v7 and predecessor contract bytes unchanged
