bindings: use protocol as dto authority

- Refresh the protocol-owned generated DTO inventory from canonical sources.
- Record current source hashes for all sixty serialized protocol types.
- Preserve unique ordered schema metadata across the 121-entry registry.
- Verify protocol conformance, generated freshness, and architecture gates.
