refactor: retire predecessor crate branch

Remove compatibility-only package identities and stale release classifications.

Keep one-shot legacy SQL imports as storage-owned fixtures.

Retire predecessor-only contract generators while preserving the final public surface.

Verify workspace checks, focused tests, strict Clippy, and architecture policy.

Diff is too large, output suppressed.
