app-rt: restore sdk-backed mobile social bridge

- compose signer relay and sync slots around one sdk client
- restore host-custodied identity and categorical relay contracts
- expose bounded async profile post fetch and publish operations
- preserve wasm isolation and remove Rust-owned stream behavior
