mobile: run exported futures in the Tokio context

- mark the complete UniFFI runtime surface as Tokio-compatible
- enable UniFFI's supported async runtime adapter
- preserve the foreign executor API and existing generated-language signatures
- verify mobile FFI tests, Clippy, formatting, and architecture contracts
