tera: refresh app icon variants from the governed palette

- render the approved cream logomark on the existing Tera background
- install matching standard, dark and tinted app icon variants
- retain catalog metadata from the deterministic asset generator
- verify the native Debug build and unchanged FFI artifact contracts
