runtime: migrate application runtime to Kotlin

- replace the Rust and GPUI architecture with Kotlin and Compose Desktop
- establish the standalone JVM 21 desktop runtime
- organize the application around the app/desktop module boundary
- adopt the org.radroots.studio package and distribution namespace
